Worked greatgood.We use these phone cords for our office phones. They work like the originals and work as they should. Great value for the money.We received the package of cords, overall good value for the amount. However 2 of the cords had ends that were messed up and did not work at all. so we only received 3 working cords from this pack.So far so good on being durableMy phone cord is always tangle together, it works perfectly after I replaced a new one.I was surprised how quickly it arrived. They were very easy to use.My wife is very hard on landline telephones. She is on the phone a lot and constantly pulling on the cord and handset, I have to fix the phones and one of the items I tend to replace is the handset cord.Out of my 5 pack, one was defective but Sincoda immediately resolved the issue. Using the cables though, I wish one side was flat for about half an inch longer, so it could stick freely from under the phone where it connects to the phone body/base. Some phones have it on the side, mine is on the bottom. It's a minor inconvenience and not a big deal, but something to think about.5 pack of phone receiver cords...not much to say. They worked fine. No problems with fitment of the ends into the receiver or phone base end. Used all 5 in a corporate environment and they all worked fine.These types of cords are getting harder to find at your local electronics or office supply store. So, I was glad to find them here and at a reasonable price. We have been using these cords for a few months now and have had no issues. Good Product!1of the 5 cables arrived D.O.A. - Not worth time or effort to return, other 4 cables were fine.The curled section measures 9.5 inches when not stretched. It is the length I needed to connect my phone on my kitchen countertops to the phone outlet on the wall. I like it!
