I used this mounted to a wheelchair for a senior citizen with limited mobility and hand strength. Using the included metal sticker mounting, the phone is incredibly strong and handles heavy shaking and usage. Even for someone with limited strength, attaching and removing the phone isn't a problem at all, given that it's easy to leverage the phone off.I also mounted this to a different arm, which worked well with the included mounting design. This is a vastly better option than the phone mounts that grip from the sides. Definitely worth it!
