The cable is made with flexible polypropylene insulation. The jacket is made with a flat flame-retardant polyvinyl. Each handset cord is tested before shipment to ensure optimal functionality and provide the best results. For up to 3 years, all Cablesys phone cords are guaranteed defect-free based on material and workmanship. Gold-plated Contacts Contacts are plated with six micro inches of gold to prevent corrosion. 3-Year Defect-Free Handset cords are warrantied for three years.
