This is an exact replacement for the condensate pump installed on my A/C years ago. Even though the original still worked, I replaced it with this new one out of an abundance of caution. It works perfectly and I'll keep the old one as a spare.We live in Florida, and this pump does several gallons a day (up through the attic) for months on end. It has to be installed on a LEVEL surface.
